Exercises Using Open-Ended Resistance Bands

Hi guys,
For you guys who have open-ended resistance bands and want to utilize them, here are a few simple exercises for the upper body.
In the video, I cover exercises that work the shoulders, chest, back, biceps, forearms, triceps, and abs.
I will make more videos on closed-loop resistance bands/more complex movements using resistance bands.
