Bicep and Back Exercises

Hi guys, here are three exercises using some common household items I tried to find. You will need anything such as milk cartons, juice cartons, bag of apples/oranges/potatoes and a belt/rope.
1. Bicep curls
2. Pronates bicep curls
3. Single-arm rows
These exercises are fairly straight forward, but it will be good to maintain your strength and muscle mass during the quarantine. I will be making a video on exercises using resistance bands next for those with resistance bands at home.
