Shoulder and Tricep Exercises

Hi everyone, here are three exercises to do at home with a few water bottles and two grocery bags
1. Shoulder side raises
2. Shoulder press
3. Overhead tricep extensions
Make sure that you’re always sitting upright, with shoulders locked in and chest out to ensure a good posture and safety during the exercises.
