Boxercise

Hi everyone,
I decided to record a video of me leading a quick boxing workout for you guys! Just simply follow along throughout the video for a complete circuit or rewind to 5:50 to do the circuit twice.
This 20-35-minute workout is fairly simple and is similar to our boxercise classes on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Only utilizing 6 basic punches, this workout can be good for some basic cardio and keeping your boxing senses sharp! You can choose to shadow box (without hitting a pad) or simply get a partner to hold their hands up (or hold a pair of pads up)
The six basic punches are:
1. Jab (left hand straight punch)
2. Straight (right hand straight punch)
3. Left hook
4. Right hook
5. Left uppercut
6. Right uppercut
